Happy Digital Scrapbooking Day! | Two More Days

Yup, that’s right, November 3 is Digital Scrapbooking Day. I just learned this  a week or two ago, actually, but decided that best way to celebrate was by rushing to share my first kit. My brand new kit, Turning Leaves is available for half off through Sunday, November 4. Get it now for only $3.49!

And, I’ve been waiting to announce that I am now happily part of the Scrapstacks creative team! And the first Scrap Pack is now available for sale. It’s three awesome collaborations from The Lilypad, Scrap Orchard, and Sweet Shoppe Designs for only $5. If you do pick it up, don’t forget to share your layouts. Three people will win my next kit for free.

Here’s a layout I made with the Live Your Story kit by the Sweet Shoppe Designers:

If you’re a scrapbooker (digital, hybrid, or paper) you really should check out Scrapstacks. When I first started exploring digital scrapbooking a couple of months ago, I found a few designers at few different stores I liked, but I was frustrated at having my layouts in all these different galleries. I started uploading them to my own gallery here and on Flickr to share with my family, but I hated that both of those sites were pretty disconnected from the digital scrapbooking world. So when I heard about the Scrapstacks beta, I was thrilled. It’s a pinterest-like site, but with a focus on scrapbooking and instead of replacing the individual store galleries, it integrates wonderfully with them.

But besides my fun, there’s a ton going on at some of my favorite scrapbook sites:

The Lilypad has a ton of sales, contests, and a bloghop:

Gina at Digital Design Essentials is having a big sale and a challenge to win a $25 gift certificate:

Design House Digital has a blog hop for the kit below, as well as a store-wide sale:

If you’re at all intrigued by digital scrapbooking, this is the day to check it out. You can get some great deals and some free quality kits. Happy DSD!
